Cooperation of the Institute of Applied Mechanics and Mechatronics with operation

The workplace provides material analysis for fatigue life-time evaluation of structures, operational static and dynamic tests of specimens

and parts of structures and machines, measurements and analysis of loading structures in real operation. We are fully equiped with

instrumentation for such static and dynamic tests e. g. electro-hydraulic pulsator from INOVA and MTS, We also possess the modular

apparture NI (National instruments) for dynamic measurements in operation as well as optical micro-hardness tester TIV. In addition,

for quick actions measuring we have highspeed contactless system Dantec for strain measurenments using high speed camera system.

Study is focused on technical progressive machines and equipment that combine elements of engineering, electronics and informatics.

Using computer mechanics, intelligent materials, sensor fields, neural networks, methods and means of automatic control together with

 the apparatus of computer technics as local computer networks and industrial systems. The graduates will apply in providing operation

 of measuring, control, robotic and mechatronic systems, designing new products which have a certain level of intelligence like e. g. ABS

systems, EDS systems, airbags in cars, different consumer technology  systems etc.
